Sunday, January 18, 2026, 4:45 PM - 7:00 PM
Our Annual COS Family Meeting will start with a POTLUCK! Everyone is asked to bring a main dish, hearty side dish, vegetable or salad to share. No need to bring desserts; the church will provide those, as well as water, coffee & tea to drink.
Please arrive by 4:45 PM so we can get the food set out and start the meal promptly at 5:00 PM.
After dinner we will transition to the Worship Center for the Family Meeting. Childcare will be available for kids in 5th grade and younger after dinner. Families should eat together!
Family Meeting topics will include:
- Brannon Road construction update
- Clays Mill (Mill House) property update
- Ministry & missions wins from 2025
- Plans for 2026
- Treasurer's report: debt & 2026 budget
We will conclude with a structured time of Q&A. The meeting should wrap up by 7:00 PM.
