Pastor Steve has been the lead pastor at COS for 30 years, and we are going to celebrate! Following the second service on Sunday, June 11, we will have a special time to express our appreciation to Pastor Steve and Sue, and pray God’s blessing over them as they continue to shepherd our flock.
On June 11, everyone is invited to gather in the Worship Center following the 11:00 service. Childcare will not be available. So if you have children in the nursery or COS Kids, please go pick them up immediately after the service and then return to the Worship Center.
Former Executive Pastor, Glenn Cravens, will emcee the celebration. Glenn was on the Leadership Board when Pastor Steve was hired, so he is sure to have some good stories to share!
If you would like to bring a card or note of appreciation, there will be a designated table in the lobby. In lieu of financial gifts, the Pearson’s have asked that, if you feel led, donations be given to the COS Building Fund to help pay down our debt.
