Full-Time Youth Pastor
Church of the Savior is seeking a Full-Time Youth Pastor to lead the Student Ministry, currently known as Redeemed Youth: a growing middle school and high school ministry in a Spirit-filled, non-denominational church. This pastoral role reports to the Lead Pastor and focuses on discipleship, weekly teaching, volunteer development, student leadership, family partnership, and ministry oversight.
Redeemed Youth exists to see lives transformed by God’s presence, helping students encounter the love of God and live in the freedom Jesus Christ paid for. The ministry currently emphasizes CEL — Community, Empowerment, and Leadership — as a discipleship pathway for raising up young followers of Jesus.
The ideal candidate is spiritually mature, pastorally grounded, and able to lead both in ministry and, where applicable, at home with integrity and faithfulness. Connecting with other churches and youth groups across the city to build and cultivate unity is a key part of the role.
Base Salary: $57,000, with higher compensation available based on advanced schooling, seminary training, and/or relevant years of ministry experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in ministry or related field, 2–3 years of youth ministry experience, strong teaching and relational leadership skills, alignment with Spirit-filled ministry culture, experience leading and training youth worship teams musically and spiritually, and ability to pass a background check.
