Dr. Brian Connolly

Dr. Brian Connolly is happily married and proud to be the father of four girls. He holds an MA in counseling and a doctorate in ministry and is the founder of a nonprofit ministry called Faith Like Birds. He has been involved in full-time ministry with teenagers since 2005. He passionately believes that a divine encounter with God's love and power can make God real to young people and set them free. His sole aim is to see teenagers wholly submitted to the lordship of Jesus, and he believes that a divine encounter is the door to that reality. He is the founder of The Shout Youth Conference, Gen-Free, and The Whisper, and an author.

Emma Caldwell

Emma encountered the Lord in a mighty way as a young girl. She came face to face with the Person of Christ and fell head over heels in love with Him and gave Him the entirety of her life. Emma grew up in ministry and continues to pursue the Lord by loving His people. She burns for the gospel to be proclaimed and the Bride of Christ to fall in love with Jesus. Emma is currently in her third year of ministry school at Jesus Image in Orlando, Florida where she recently met and married her husband Conner in May 2026.

Jessika Tate

Jessika Tate is an international speaker, missionary, author, and shameless coffee lover who has been traveling the world preaching the Gospel and doing aide projects for over a decade. Jessika is the founder of Yielded Ministries, a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing aide and advocacy for communities in unjust and vulnerable situations. She also founded Apostello Movement that is developing the next generation of church leaders to walk in integrity and power.
