Spiritual warfare requires knowing our true enemies - not other people, but unclean spirits and demonic forces that create strongholds in our lives. Though these enemies are real, they've already been defeated at the cross, possessing only the power we give them through believing their lies. Christians can't be possessed but can develop strongholds - areas where enemy thinking has taken root. Victory comes through a four-step process: recognizing the enemy's lies, rejecting them in Jesus' name, replacing them with biblical truth, and speaking God's Word aloud with authority. By drawing the sword of the Spirit, we can demolish strongholds and walk in freedom.
