Philippians 2 calls us to a way of life that puts God first, others second, and self last. Humility is not thinking poorly of yourself. It means you are not thinking about yourself at all. It is a pattern that can be broken when we adopt the attitude of Christ. Practical humility looks like holding your rights loosely, choosing to serve without needing credit, and letting God do the promoting. Your attitude shapes everything, and the invitation is to follow Jesus faithfully, one choice at a time.
