The Holy Spirit is actively pursuing us to bring us into a holy love relationship that began before creation. This Promise of the Father isn't just about salvation but restoration to our original calling to walk in God's presence. Jesus commanded His disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit, who would clothe them with power to continue His ministry. The Holy Spirit enables believers to be witnesses with words that carry power, and there is always more to experience with our infinite God. To fully embrace this promise, we must overcome fears of losing control, surrender completely, and specifically ask to be baptized in the Holy Spirit.
